Bolle Prescription All-Inclusive Pack – A Simple Turnkey Solution:
- Complete all of your personal/employer details in the top section of the form
- Visit your nearest Boots opticians or independent opticians with the prescription form. (Boots Opticians have the Bolle Safety frames available to view and select)
- Your Optician will complete the technical section of the form
- The completed form will then be sent to Bolle Safety by your optician for processing
- When your safety glasses are manufactured, they will be sent directly back to your optician.
- Your optician contacts you to arrange appointment and advise the glasses are ready for collection and final fitting.
